Open a command prompt and run “kikiriki.exe -i data.xp3 -o data” This will extract and decrypt the game files.

Rename or delete data.xp3 to prevent conflicts with the extracted files. Now open the rar and click through the folders until you see DATA.

Copy everything from the DATA folder into the directory, which kikiriki put out, overwriting all files. Alternative if it won’t work with the above method: ⊗Don’t forget to change the username and folders appropriately.

1. Kikiri and its plugin should be in the same folder as VH4. Start->Run->CMD 3.

Cd C: Users never10release Documents vh4 4. Kikiriki.exe -i data.xp3 -o data 5. CMD will start spitting out files let it run. When it is done, take the DATA folder you downloaded from mega, copy and paste it into VH4. Replace all files, only H-Scenes and UI are translated currently. 8.Vote in the poll if you want story or if you want more H-Scenes.

Believe me it’s tempting but I feel that this would become to much of a job which would add a bunch of stress since I am doing this, to what I feel, casually and entirely for educational purposes. Sides this project has blown up somewhat thanks to people like you anyway since I truthfully have not posted about this anywhere but Dargoth when I started, just from that 1 post my feed is all over the place from visitors. Someone even put it up on VNDB, iirc, with this blog as the official site for translation which was shocking. So if anything I’m more thankful for what you guys have done since I really wanted to keep this whole thing hush hush but the amount of support you guys give is truly flattering. Expect the next patch (v0.2) around December, I’m aiming for the 12/1/2014 but we’ll see as I have a 11 more scenes which = 11 Days minimum + 4-7 days of Quality Control and re-translation. However since I beat Bayonetta 2 and the only game in my backlog is Ar no Surge and Senran Kagura 2, it’s highly possible I might feel like doing 3 scenes in a day or something when I’m off.

This is the best estimate I can give as I work 7-12 days straight so any days off I’m really not doing much translation unfortunately. Answers are numbered rest is for fluff for future peoples with similar questions. Anything is possible, as per all things I do it just a matter of available time which I am short of these days thanks to being full time and medicine is open 24/7 so I don’t have days off anymore really which is why it seems like VH4 has come to a grinding halt. In regards to people asking me to translate other games/vns/whathaveyous, I do have the ability to do it when I feel satisfied with VH series since I’m never going to translate things I find to be fluff, hence my name. I just won’t do things that absolutely don’t interest me fetish wise, so keep that in mind if I do reject a request. I don’t accept donations because I don’t want dosh, I do this solely for learning purposes as well as continuing education since I don’t want my 4~ years of Japanese studies to go to waste which it has been since I haven’t used it much in almost 2 years. I’m also just not fond of taking dosh in general since I never intended as this a way to earn money, in fact I never even thought about it until I was asked previously, I just want the world to be covered in life and hometown.
