If you also need to activate servers, even if only down lever ones from W2K12, you can’t replace the KMS key with VL client one as that would only alow for client OS activation. You could set up a seperate KMS for Servers without auto discovery and take it from there. Or use MAK/VAMT for the servers you have some options here. Office 2010 KMS can always be reinstalled in a breeze (my experience) if you need to or mess things up. No much worries there.
