Xfx Geforce 9600 Gso Drivers

I just purchased one of these cards the other day and i am very disappointed. Here is the link. I am not sure if something is set wrong, and i have tried the latest drivers from Nvidia. My Aquamark 3 scores are right around 87k. My specs are: AMD Athlon 64 6000x2 3.1 ASUS M3A78-CM AMD 780V 4gb ddr 800 ram Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit Antec Truepower 430 22in 1680x1050 I know this is a budget card, and wasn't expecting a ton, but what exactly is the problem with this card? Is it the Gddr2. If so i plan on returning it and some suggestions below $150 would be great.
